Inside AmeriPol’s Poland-based freight ops hub powering U.S. brokers & carriers, where smart, English-speaking logistics pros deliver serious results beyond just cost savings. This team owns the work.
There’s only one thing better than writing about freight, and that’s getting out from behind the laptop and seeing it in action.
A few months ago, I hopped in a car to Rzeszów, Poland, with FreightCaviar Founder Paul and our go-to videographer Darek, to visit AmeriPol, a rising outsourcing partner for U.S. freight brokerages and carriers
We came to film content, but what we found was something bigger: a team full of heart, hustle, and a whole lot of freight know-how.
AmeriPol’s office in Rzeszów is bright, open, and buzzing with energy. They’ve got the big wall logo, the couches for casual chats, and an atmosphere that says we’re serious, but we actually like each other.
From the moment we walked in, Paweł Banaszak, Head of Marketing, was our guide. “We’re not just back-office,” he explained. “We’re dispatchers, recruiters, planners, claims, customer service agents, you name it. No job is too big for our teams.
Clark Wellman, AmeriPol’s Director of Sales, working out of the office in St. Louis, confirms this.
“I visited the Rzeszów office a month into the job. The way the team works impressed me. Now, over a year later, feedback from our customers proves that it’s not only impressive, but more importantly, effective in driving business results."
They’ve carved out a niche supporting American transportation companies with high-skill, English-speaking professionals. And not just for cost savings (though that’s real too)—for the quality and depth of the work. Engaging college‑educated logistics professionals who grasp every facet of the industry keeps your business running like clockwork.
Our camera rolled all day, and every interview hit a new angle on what AmeriPol actually does for U.S. clients.
The big question: Why outsource to Poland?
Paweł summed it up perfectly: “One-third of Rzeszów’s population are students. They speak multiple languages. They’re educated, motivated, and they want to work with American companies.”
And it shows.
AmeriPol’s team includes people with degrees in logistics, finance, accounting, HR, and marketing, many with international experience or language fluency. They’re suggesting improvements, redesigning workflows, and solving problems before they happen.
Oh, and they love using their English. “It’s something I’ve always wanted,” one recruiter told us. “And now I get to do it every day.”
We’ve talked to dozens of freight tech companies, outsourcing partners, and brokerages trying to stay lean. But this visit made one thing clear:
Outsourcing is no longer about saving money. It’s about finding the right brains to match your tech.
AmeriPol’s people are driven, smart, and deeply embedded in U.S. trucking operations. If you're drowning in admin, tired of turnover, or just need reliable support for your ops, this team doesn’t just do the work. They own it.
