In response to the devastating wildfires in Maui, a significant relief effort is underway in Chicago. United Airlines, in partnership with SEKO Logistics and Airlink, is shipping approximately 24,000 pounds of supplies to help those affected in Hawaii. These supplies include essential items such as baby formula, canned food, socks, and hygiene kits, all of which are packed in boxes and loaded onto pallets for air freight. The supplies are sourced from Convoy of Hope, a faith-based humanitarian organization that connected with a church in Maui to gather specifically requested items. The effort showcases the collaboration between logistics companies, airlines, and humanitarian organizations.
