Last Friday, Grace Maher joined us to discuss FreightCaviar’s recent trip to Chattanooga and Atlanta, and one of the challenges truckers still face today.

Earlier this month, we spent seven days in Atlanta and Chattanooga, chatting with legendary people in freight– from Max and Craig Fuller to David Parker, and more, all featured in our next documentary.

Despite the pre-holiday hustle and bustle in the offices, they were more than happy to share their personal stories and discuss Chattanooga’s history and impact on the industry.

We can't wait to share it all with you in March 2026.

Reed also addressed one of the more overlooked issues in the industry- the less-than-ideal state of restroom availability in trucking today.

"I see threads, or a Reddit post of a flyer at a warehouse saying, 'No bathroom for drivers.' This is actually probably a bigger problem than we even realize."

It's no secret that the more a driver knows about a facility, the better he can plan his day. Above all, having access to a restroom is a basic amenity that drivers have gone without for far too long.
