Former driver for mail contractor Ameritrans Express claims the company owes him over $15,000 in back wages, amid bankruptcy.
Ameritrans Express, a contract delivery firm for the U.S. Postal Service, is under investigation by federal and state agencies over claims of unpaid wages and overtime. The accusations come from former employee Dustin Paxson, who alleges he is owed over $15,000.
