There’s only one thing better than writing about freight, and that’s getting out from behind the laptop and seeing it in action.

A few months ago, I hopped in a car to  Rzeszów, Poland, with FreightCaviar Founder Paul and our go-to videographer Darek, to visit AmeriPol, a rising outsourcing partner for U.S. freight brokerages and carriers

We came to film content, but what we found was something bigger: a team full of heart, hustle, and a whole lot of freight know-how.

AmeriPol’s office in Rzeszów is bright, open, and buzzing with energy. They’ve got the big wall logo, the couches for casual chats, and an atmosphere that says we’re serious, but we actually like each other.

From the moment we walked in, Paweł Banaszak, Head of Marketing, was our guide. “We’re not just back-office,” he explained. “We’re dispatchers, recruiters, planners, claims, customer service agents, you name it. No job is too big for our teams.

Why Poland? The Talent Speaks for Itself

The big question: Why outsource to Poland?

Paweł summed it up perfectly: “One-third of Rzeszów’s population are students. They speak multiple languages. They’re educated, motivated, and they want to work with American companies.”

And it shows.

AmeriPol’s team includes people with degrees in logistics, finance, accounting, HR, and marketing, many with international experience or language fluency. They’re suggesting improvements, redesigning workflows, and solving problems before they happen.

Oh, and they love using their English. “It’s something I’ve always wanted,” one recruiter told us. “And now I get to do it every day.”
