In March, we traveled to Serbia to film a documentary about its growing outsourced freight scene. From dispatchers to managers, we gained valuable insights into the local mindset and outsourcing trends. Here's what we learned:

Serbia has been on my radar for a while. Even before getting into freight, I had several Serbian classmates in high school in Park Ridge, IL. I even reconnected with one of them on X last year after noticing he was following us - turns out he has his own trucking company based in Miami, FL.
Serbia has become a major hub for outsourcing dispatchers and, increasingly, U.S. brokers. With our third-largest Instagram following based in Serbia, it was clear we had to visit.
